In Sochi the players will use their Casino card to buy-in for tournaments or Cash Games

Players who bought in with their Stars accounts can unregister before the tournament starts. They must visit the PokerStars Registration Desk or email at least 48 hours BEFORE the start of the tournament to registrations@pokerstarslive.com
Players who collected their tickets can only unregister onsite at the Registrations Desk, BEFORE the tournament starts (They need to return the original ticket)
Players who buy-in online and do not show up will have their buy-ins added to the prizepool (so will NOT be refunded) once the late registration closed, if they didn’t request unregistration before the tournament started
“Alternates” are allowed to unregister and be refunded, before they collect their stack
Cash unregistrations (if approved) will be processed at the Cash registration desk in Casino chips

Players can choose their payment method at the Payout Desk; the payment can be split between Cash, Stars account and Tips
Payouts will be processed at the Payout Desks (in front of the Main Room) and the player will be accompanied by the Floor or a dealer at the desk that will confirm the finishing position
Players will take their prizes in Casino chips. They can exchange them in RUB at the Casino cashier desk. They can also decide *before* taking the chips if they want to have funds to their Stars Account.

CASH

No maximum cash payout – Players can take all the prize in cash
They will receive Casino chips. They can exchange them in RUB at the Casino cashier desk
They can request a wire transfer to their personal bank account. To do so they must bring the Cash RUB to the Casino Bank

STArs Account

All players with .COM/.EU (restrictions may apply) account are allowed to receive winnings credited to their Stars accounts
Players from any other Licence are not allowed to receive payouts credited to their Stars accounts
When the player visit the Payout desk, he must tell if he would like to get part or all the winning credited to his Stars account. He will be asked to fill out the Payout form
The player will be paid within 48 to 72 hours
