Oh spring, sweet spring — the cold has finally retreated!
The spring stage of Russia’s main poker series kicks off with a free tournament featuring a guaranteed prize pool of 1,000,000 rubles. Over the course of two weeks at the Sochi Poker Club, players will compete for tens of millions of rubles in total prize money, as well as around thirty signature (and very heavy!) SPF championship trophies..

• Note: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for participation. Players may communicate at the tables in English and Russian.
WHAT ARE CASINO UNITSTo participate in tournaments at the Poker Club Sochi, guests must exchange rubles for the internal currency of Casino Sochi — casino chips. These are also referred to as Sochi Casino Units.
The exchange process is simple: bring Russian rubles to the casino cashier, and you will receive casino units at the rate of 100 rubles per 1 chip. For example, 100,000 rubles equals 1,000 casino units. With your chips, proceed to the second floor of the casino to the poker club. Tournament buy-ins are paid in casino units at the registration desk.
Winnings can be cashed out in reverse: players receive casino units for their prize, then go to the cashier and exchange them back into Russian rubles.

Минимальный возраст для участия — 18 лет
Для участия необходимо предъявить действующее удостоверение личности государственного образца с фотографией. Игроки могут общаться за столами на английском и русском языке.
Для игры в турнирах «Покерного клуба Сочи» гость должен поменять рубли на внутреннюю валюту «Казино Сочи» — фишки казино. Их еще называет Sochi Casino Units или условные единицы. Процесс обмена прост: в кассу казино приносите российские рубли, взамен кассир выдаст вам фишки казино по курсу 100 российских рублей за 1 фишку казино. То есть, за 100 000 рублей игрок получает 1 000 фишек казино.
С полученными фишками нужно подняться на второй этаж казино в покерный клуб. На стойке регистрации взнос в турнир вносится в фишках казино.
Обналичить выигрыш можно в обратном порядке: за призовое место игрок получает фишки казино, идёт в кассу и меняет их на российские рубли.

В турнирах игроки могут играть каждый из дней 1 – наибольший стек переходит в День 2, кроме Sochi Poker Cup. The first and most obvious option is by plane.
Sochi International Airport is among the top ten largest airports in Russia. You can fly there on daily flights from Moscow (flight time ~3 hours) as well as from most major cities across Russia.
The transfer from the airport to the casino takes about 30 minutes. At the airport, you can rent a car or order a taxi (Yandex.Taxi).

After exiting the airport, there are several ways to get to the casino. Its address, by the way: Krasnaya Polyana gaming zone, 51 Estonskaya Street, Esto-Sadok village.
• Option 1 — Taxi.
The best choice is to order a ride via apps like Yandex Go or Uber. A trip to Krasnaya Polyana will cost around ₽1,500–₽3,000 depending on the car class. The worst option is to accept a ride from someone offering taxi services outside the airport — this is neither safe nor cheap, and prices can go up to ₽10,000.
• Option 2 — Public transport.
Near the airport is Adler railway station. From there, you can take a Lastochka train to Esto-Sadok station, then transfer to bus routes No. 105, 105c, or 535 and get off at the Megafon stop.
Alternatively, you can take the same bus routes directly from Sochi Airport to Krasnaya Polyana. The fare is about ₽200–₽300 one way.
If you’re traveling by train, your final destination will be Adler railway station. From there, you can either take a taxi to the casino or board the comfortable “Lastochka” train right at the station.
The journey on the Lastochka takes about one hour, with ticket prices ranging from ₽350 to ₽500. You should get off at the Esto-Sadok station, which is located about 2 kilometers from the casino. From there, you can reach the casino by buses No. 105, 105c, or 135, or by taxi.
If you’re traveling to Sochi Casino by private car (or a rental), you’ll need to take the A-149 highway — either the Old Krasnaya Polyana Road or the New Krasnaya Polyana Road — and drive about 42 kilometers to the Gorki Gorod resort. Then turn left onto Kashbaza Street and continue straight.
Paid parking is available within the resort area: ₽100 per hour or ₽500 per day.
